Overview

We are assisting our client, who are specialists in the rapid prototyping industry, in the search for a Bookkeeper on a part-time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for recording and maintaining the company’s financial transactions using Sage accounting software.

Responsibilities

* Sage data entry to produce invoices and supplier invoices and Sage payroll for employee wages etc.

* Credit control including cash flow management, debt chasing and credit checking

* Reconcile bank accounts and daily balancing

* Month-end and Year-end accounts

* Pensions and HMRC

* General office admin tasks

Person Specification

* Knowledge of Sage Cloud 50, Sage Payroll, Outlook, Word, Excel and Access

* A good understanding of depreciation, pre-payments, VAT and accruals

* Organised, good time management and a strong work ethic
