Brook Street is currently recruiting for a Band 3 Higher Clerical Officer for our client in Magherafelt.
This role is excellent temporary on-going, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

You will be providing administrative duties within your department.

Your main duties will be:

Act as receptionist for the department
Making appointments and controlling the appointment system
Dealing with enquiries and make sure all information is kept confidential
Dealing with complaints
Participation in the induction and training of staff within the section and monitoring their progress / development
Answer phone calls, data entry, photocopying, using programs as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
To be successful for this role you should have 5 GCSEs Grade A-C to include English & Maths or equivalent PLUS 1 years Clerical / Admin experience
