Overview
AV Aftercare Project Manager – This newly created position will see you working directly with the client and their team to look after their AV Systems. You will oversee the procurement and management of AV / IT parts and services. You will own the documentation and communication process that is essential to resolving the fault, preventing it from happening again and keeping the client informed at all times. The client install AV systems in high end properties and super yachts, If you have previous experience from within the residential AV field as either and installer, project manager or similar and now seek a more office based role then read on.
Responsibility:
• To oversee the procurement and management of parts and services to service calls requiring project management.
• Liaise directly with our service supervisor to ensure that the correct resources (products and labour) are allocated to any given service call as required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keeping the client or representative up to date and informed of the progress of any outstanding issues.
• Ensuring that the documentation and reporting is kept up to date on our systems to allow for accurate invoicing for time and products.
• Liaise with our teams based outside the UK to ensure that any required parts are delivered to them in a timely manner.
• Updating client on service resolutions. Following a service visit, update the client or house manager on the resolution or any follow up required.
• ConnectWise and Kaizen data entry. Use of our ConnectWise service software and Kaizen company software to ensure data available is accurate and up to date at all times.
• The role is based in their office in Kent and you would be expected to assist with general duties such as telephone support to the rest of the team and other such duties as required.
Must have:
• A technical understanding of AV and Lighting systems (Crestron, Lutron, Audio Systems)
• Excel skills to an intermediate level
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• A proactive and dynamic attitude
