Overview
Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor within their Special Works Division (Residential Refurbishment, New Build and Fit-out of up to £5m) who pride themselves on offering excellent progression and a family feel.
This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on thier Special Works Projects.
Duties
Alongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on small high end Refurbishments, New Builds and Fit Outs..
Procurement of supply chain and placing orders
Assessing and processing supply chain payment
Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.
Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.
Requirements
Ideally Refurbishment experience but not essential.
Degree Qualified
Main Contractor experience
Driver’s Licence
