London Projects is a Chartered Construction Company based in Westminster. We specialise in the construction of super prime residential projects in premier postcodes such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our growing, in-house Design Department and we currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Document Controller based at our head office in Central London.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will form part of a team of Document Controllers and assist in day-to-day project administration duties across some of the most unique and exciting projects in London.

Due to the nature of the schemes in which London Projects specialises, and the unwavering expectations of our clients and their design teams, candidates will be expected to demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail. We welcome applications from highly collaborative individuals who are motivated to further their experience in Document Control and Project Administration, while being mentored by the experienced team at a leading super prime residential contractor. With Document Controllers and Senior Document Controllers in the team, there is ample opportunity for the right candidate to take on new responsibilities in the future as they gain the necessary experience in the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Printing and collation of contract documents for office and sites as they are released

* Site administration duties across multiple projects, including delivery and filing of drawings on site

* Assist in the collation, production and filing of Operation & Maintenance manuals

* Assist Document Controllers and Design Managers in day-to-day project administration tasks as needed

* Data entry and uploads into our in-house project management system as needed

* Liaison with consultants and sub-contractors as necessary to fulfil the role

* Attendance at team meetings as necessary to fulfil the role

* Export and distribute reports from the project management system

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Previous experience in administration for a Main Contractor (preferred but not essential)

* Previous experience using project management software (preferred but not essential)

* Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual

* Eagerness to gain hands-on experience in the super prime residential sector

* Comfortable attending construction sites regularly

* Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
