Build Recruitment are working with a leading University in the North of England to make the key appointment of Asset Management Coordinator: £32k – £36k + excellent benefits.

Having had a complete asset review, as well as introducing a new CAFM system, the University has created the role of Asset Management Coordinator.

Reporting to the BIM & Asset Manager, the Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for the Maintenance & Management of the estate's CAFM system, developing SLA's and KPI's, carrying out data cleansing, creation of naming conventions, management of data, ongoing training, and development of the system.

Working closely with the Capital Projects and Maintenance teams, the Asset Management Coordinator will also be responsible for the creation of all PPM schedules and work activities based upon SFG20 checklists, the alignment and import of BIM Cobie data sets for new build capital projects and the creation of service plans by asset types to deliver statutory and mandatory compliance across the estate.

About you:

It is essential that applicants have:

Experience of CAFM systems and scheduling and their management
Experience of Asset Management data within a complex and mixed property portfolio
Diverse knowledge of engineering infrastructure and maintenance profiles e.g., SFG20
Excellent data entry and data analysis skills
Understanding of compliance requirements such as Building Regulations, L8, DDA, COSHH, Asbestos, CDM regulations, ACOP's etc.
