Our client, a housing association based in Croydon are looking for an Asset Compliance Officer to join their team. This is on an ongoing contract.

The purpose of the role is to:

To provide support to Compliance Managers through Data management.
This support will include administrative support, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held within Riskhub/Apex/other systems.
Assist in the project management and delivery of compliance programmes including, lift management, asbestos, electric safety, fire safety and water hygiene.
To support in the management and monitoring of relevant contracts which deliver compliance and fire safety programmes in line with the requirements of management plans and legislation.
Develop and maintain compliance administrative and office systems.
Specifically ensure records on Riskhub and Apex are accurate and up to dateThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience of data management in relation to property services.The client is looking to move quickly with appointing to this position.
