MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Asset Compliance Officer to work with an award-winning housing provider based in Surrey. The successful Asset Compliance Officer would be offered a permanent contract, with fantastic working benefits and career progression opportunities.

The Asset Compliance Officer would be responsible for providing support to Compliance Managers. This support will include providing administrative support, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Compliance Managers to assist them in deliver the requirements in the management plans
Assist with project management and delivery of compliance programmes including lift management, asbestos electric safety, fire safety and water hygiene
Support in the management and monitoring of relevant contracts which deliver compliance and fire safety programmes in line with the requirements of management plans and legislation
Develop and maintain compliance administrative and office systems
Coordinate agendas, meeting papers, attending meetings to take minutes, distribute minutes, chase, and monitor action points
Booking appointments, updating calendars, and arranging travel/ accommodation as required
Assist Compliance Managers in monitoring and production of performance reports, encompassing all compliance areas (asbestos, fire safety, periodic electrical testing, water hygiene and lift)

Skills Required:
Previous experience of working with a Housing Association or Local Authority
Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance services
Understanding of compliance areas and requirements for Housing organisations
Proven experience of performance-based management through KPI's in a customer focused environment
Experience of managing and analysing large data sets, and ensuring taking responsibility for quality compliance data
