Area Sales Manager – London & the South East

* This is a field sales / specification role representing a leading manufacturer

* You will target M&E contractors, Regional Developers and to a lesser extent M&E consultants identifying, tracking and following projects through to completion (delivering CPD presentations, dealing with Estimators, Technical Managers and Project Managers).

* Working within the specification team you will working on projects of all sizes.

* This organisation have pedigree and are heavily specified so the incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from a strong brand, pipeline and solid relationships that can be developed.

This will therefore suit a career minded individual that has strong experience selling into M&E Contractors and / or Developers.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager – HVAC

* HVAC / plumbing heating / electrical / lighting experience sales experience with M&E / developer route to market experience

* You must have sold into M&E contractors / Developers

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

* £50K – £60K DOE

* £80K OTE

* Hybrid company car

* Enhanced pension

* Holiday 25 days that increases with length of service
