Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified social workers with Adults Assessment experience

£34p/h

Hybrid

This role requires the worker to conduct home visits to clients within the High Peak area

Desirable criteria are:
Experience of working with MOSAIC.
Experience of working in an assessment team.
Robust social care assessment skills.
Mental Health experience.
Worked under the Care Act 2014.
Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills.
Clean driving licence
Ability to visit clients within the High Peak area

Qualification required:-
Social Worker qualification registered with Social Work England
