Application of Care Act: Apply the statutory requirements and principles of the Care Act to ensure compliance and effective service delivery, advocating for service user's rights and needs.
Case Management: Develop and maintain detailed case records, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate multidisciplinary interventions to provide a cohesive and effective safeguarding response.
Collaboration: Engage with external agencies and internal teams to facilitate a multi-agency approach to safeguarding and risk management.
