Administrator

Temporary (approximately 12 months with a possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate)
£13.33 per hour working 37.5 hours

The Role of an Administrator

An exciting opportunity to work for a progressive organisation in Wrexham has arisen for an individual with a strong Administration background. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an Administrator to work alongside the Environmental, Health and Safety team and to get involved with a huge range of general EHS activities and really grow ones experience within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

* Coordinate internal audits / inspections

* Developing and delivering the relevant EHS information, instruction and training

* Co-ordinate the closure of incident investigations corrective and preventative actions have been closed and appropriately recorded and signed off

* Lead by example to pro-actively promote safe behaviours and influence a positive safety culture

* Reviewing data/data entry

The Candidate
The successfully appointed Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

* Desirable – Will hold or currently working towards an Environmental Health and Safety qualification: – NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, IEMA Certificate, NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH, British Safety Council or equivalent

* Experience and knowledge of working within the EHS field

* Excellent planning and organisation skills;

* Experience with document control and management systems

* Strong communication skills;

* Excellent IT skills for all Microsoft office packages.

The Package

* Hourly pay rate £13.33 per hour.

* Working hours Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm (with a 30 minute lunch break).
