Antony James Recruitment Ltd are delighted to have partnered with a global manufacturer based in Wigan in recruiting a Temporary Administrator. This is a new position due to growth and you will be supporting with all administration within the Supply team

Main Duties

Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
Filing and archiving
Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
Compiling reports
Managing diaries for team members
Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issuesSkills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills
IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
Customer service skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
