Job Title – Administrator within Accounts for niche Travel Company

Salary – Up to £23,000

Location – North London close to all amenities and transport links

Hours – 9.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday

Type of role – Permanent

Our client is a unique Travel Company based in Islington North London who has worked with the music industry for many years as well as corporate business travellers. They are a very busy, friendly and very creative niche Travel Company who are hardworking but very sociable. Due to expansion they are seeking an Administration Assistant to work for the Accounts Team and training onto the travel system will be given.

The role would be ideal for someone who likes a buzzy and busy environment, who wants to work for a very different type of company and also wants administration and who has MS Office skills alongside excellent communication skills.

The duties consist of reconciliation of credit card details, chasing hotels by phone and email for copy invoices unreceived, and to ensure paperwork is received from booking agents. Contact hotels for unreceived commission and deal with any invoice enquiries. You would also raise commission invoices, update information onto the systems and also answer phones and transfer calls. Weekly an invoice report will be raised showing hotel commission payments to the Credit Controller who you will also assist. banking weekly cheques, data entry and assisting the team when required to do so. This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys speaking with people from all over the world, someone who is organised and wants to learn plus to work within this very friendly Travel Company.
