A confident administrator is required for our busy client based in the Mansfield area. A well-established company to work for within a friendly and supportive team.

The role of Administrator will involve-

Working to support the sales team with processing of applications obtaining additional information as required.
Providing general customer service and assistance over the phone and email.
Processing and checking documents and reports, inputting details, maintaining and updating the database.
Completing credit checks and updating information required, following up with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome
General administration duties as requiredThe ideal candidate for the role of administrator will have-

Previous office administration experience working in a fast paced, busy environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen andcommunicate effectively
Good use of Microsoft Word and Excel- training is provided for in house systems
