Brook Street Recruitment is delighted be working on behalf of our client based in Holywood to recruit an experienced administrator for a fixed term 1 year contract

The post holder will work as part of the administrative team providing comprehensive and through administrative as well as IT support service to the directorate

Duties

You will be expected to manage the company's correspondence, including partaking inbound as well as outbound phone calls as well as emails
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for fellow colleagues
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Produce spread sheets as well as reports
To be supportive regarding the account management via the development, production as well as distribution of quality customer information
To contribute to the development and maintenance of management information systems, to support service delivery.
Support effective customer and service user credit control.
Develop and maintain filing systems to simplify the day-to-day running of the service.
Work as part of the administration team in the allocation of day-to- day duties.
Contribute to corporate and departmental project work as directed.

Criteria

Good general level of education which includes a minimum of 5 GCSE's – minimum of C or equivalent, especially in English and Mathematics
One year's administration experience working in a business environment. Including inbound and outbound telephony and email service requests and responses
Excellent level of literacy and numeracy with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent level of IT with knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word Process experience

The salary is £20,043 – £ 21,269 depending on your experience
