Job description
My client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the business.
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Minute Taking
* Diary management
* Data entry, Invoicing, Stock Inventory, Ordering
* Sage and Microsoft Office Experience
* General office duties
* Providing administration support to Managers
Daily duties include;
* Logging, scheduling, updating and loading various figures and information to our clients in a quick and manageable way.
* Dealing with different portals and providing updates.
* Liaising with pub managers and engineers in a helpful, professional and polite manner.
* Preparing orders for invoicing as per each client’s needs
The candidate will operate Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The appropriate candidate must be able to demonstrate loyalty, commitment, be hard working and be able to engage in an attentive and friendly way with visitors and other colleagues.
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
