Our client, a well-established company based in Medway are looking to recruit an administrator to join their busy team.

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
Answering the telephone and directing where necessary
Dealing with contracts
Data entry
Dealing with handover packs
Reviewing incoming emails and distributing to the corrects departments
Various other ad-hoc duties as requiredThe right candidate will have/be:

Strong communication skills
A reliable and hands on approach
The ability to work unsupervised whilst performing a range of duties
Good organisational skills
The ability to ensure documents and information is kept confidential
The knowledge of Microsoft Office
Administration within an office environment
An adaptable approach to a workloadThis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with the potential to develop and progress within the company.
