Are you an Administrator with excellent Excel skills?

As an Administrator you will be an integral part of the Administration Team, supporting the drive forward by identifying, promoting, and delivering continuous improvement to ensure the team consistently delivers a high level of customer service at all times.

As an Administrator, you'll run daily reports and use your analytical mind to discover where we may have fallen outside our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as, compiling month-end and quarterly statistics.

You'll ensure all data entry and administrative tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will have a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and championing process improvements.

You'll be a team player and support your fellow teammates as and when required. As part of this Administrator role, you're required to answer telephone queries, so a good telephone manner is a must.

Essential Skills

Previous administration experience
Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Excellent telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
