Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with a fast paced and innovative team for an administrator. The role is perfect for someone who is naturally confident working on the phone or who has worked in a Administration or Customer Service role and is looking for a new challenge. The ideal employee will have a great coordination skills and an eye for detail. Based in Bathgate, West Lothian, this is a temporary – permanent position. The core hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm and the rate of pay is £9.90p.h.
Role overview:
You will build strong relationships between customers, Site Managers, and other departments, dealing with enquiries and coordination of projects across Scotland. You will also keep in close contact with the Drawings and Technical team providing administrative duties.
Duties include:
Liaising with departments, diary management and booking in appointments
Data entry into database and/or spreadsheets
Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
Deal with customer enquiries to ensure correct information is provided and followed up.
Process customer completion certificates and keep up to date spreadsheets for monthly
Log customer complaints, ensure these are passed to relevant department
Process customer payments and chase outstanding payments
Respond to emails sent from the general enquiry box to answer Customer questions.Skills and experience required:
Experience of working in an admin/customer service role
Previous experience of inputting/updating database.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
Excellent attention to detail.
