Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting out client in Chippenham who are actively looking for some temporary cover to start ASAP over the next 4 weeks.
As an admin clerk you will be supporting the operational teams with general administration, data entry and managing purchasing orders.
Key Duties:
* Inputting of production paperwork in to the system and inputting data into Microsoft Excel.
* Raising of purchase orders.
* Management of receipt of goods, delivery notes and log them on to the relevant system.
* Booking of deliveries with customers.
* Assisting with stock take for the site.
* Maintain and report holiday records.
* monitor and provide reports on overtime.
* Assisting other administrative tasks within purchasing and buying where required.
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within administration and ideally has some experience within supply chain, buying or purchasing.
You will also have a good level of IT skills and be proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, be a good communicator and be able to work within a busy department.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and paying an hourly rate of £11.50 – £12.50 depending on experience.
