Working for an expanding and dynamic business in Woking, you will play a key role as an Administration Assistant
You will be keen to develop your career within administration and possess good attention to detail.
As the Administration Assistant, you will ensure all information is accurately passed onto suppliers to allow orders to be processed. You will work closely with third party suppliers, assisting with enquiries and inputting data onto the system.
Whilst remaining calm under pressure and customer focused, you will enjoy administration/data entry.
Responsibilities
* Review queries/orders in a timely manner
* Place orders on behalf of clients, managing the order lifecycle (placing ordering, chasing information and handling queries)
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve queries via telephone and email
* Maintain data on Excel
Essential Skills
* Excellent written communication
* Strong telephone manner
* Excellent time management skills
Previous order processing/administration skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
