We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading sport charity in the West Midlands which help young people move into education and employment. We are searching for a diligent and capable part time administrator to assist with an upcoming audit and backlog of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
General administration support
Assisting with HR and financial administrative tasks
Handling and screening incoming and taking messages
Managing incoming mail and distributing throughout the office
Maintaining records and filing documentation
Photocopying and binding
Processing invoicesCriteria
Previous administration experience is essential
Ability to work in partnership and support the HR and finance team
Computer literate – Comfortable working on a number of systems
