Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Hayley Gloucester, Unit B2 Nexus Court, Gloucester Business Park, Hurricane Road, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4AG

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Additional working hours may be required)

As an Administration Assistant, you will be assisting the Hayley Gloucester branch with a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, producing reports and trackers on Excel, and working alongside the rest of the team to complete day-to-day administration activities.

Other duties may include:

* Recording enquiries, orders, invoices and other documentation.

* Managing the order book and assisting with the progress of orders.

* Dealing with correspondence, responding to emails and liaising with other branches across the network.

* Assisting with purchasing tasks.

* Undertaking ad-hoc jobs as required.

The ideal candidate will have following key skills:

* Applicants must be computer literature, with experience in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office – experience in using Excel is essential

* Previous administration experience preferred

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work effectively under pressure, work flexibly, on own initiative and as a member of a team
