Role – Operations administrator
Location- Basildon, SS15
Shifts – Monday – Friday 14PM – 19PM
Pay – £10.72 per hour
£16.08 for overtime over 40 hrs. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Capturing location and data information of shipments by scanning all shipments
Supporting the efficient and accurate movement of shipments within the company network
General administrative support including reception.
Monitoring of data and data entry
Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer serviceREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
Administration skills and computer literate essential
Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is available
All applicants must be willing to undergo a 5 years employment history check a UK or overseas criminal record check in line with Aviation Security Regulations
