Overview
Our client, who are a key not-for-profit organisation, are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their team. The role has varied administration duties with data entry as a key part and is perfect for someone who is motivated and has a “can do” attitude.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to:
* Manage the receipt of key data and ensure it is processed appropriately.
* Work to key deadlines efficiently.
* Offer excellent customer service.
* Provide outstanding administration.
* Represent the company to external organisations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Microsoft Office competency – in particular with Excel.
* Good presentation skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
* A minimum of 12 months office-based administration experience.
