We are currently recruiting for an administrator for our clients based in Walsall/Aldridge
Overview of Administrator
You will be required to complete general duties, including answering phone calls , responding to emails , signing in visitors, booking in deliveries, speaking with drivers , working in a very fast paced environment , working to short deadlines
Key Duties
* Answering the telephone
* Understand SAP systems
* Updating records
* Greeting all visitors
* Ordering products
* Data Entry
* Dealing with Customer complaints
* Have the ability to Liaise between departments
* Be prepared to have some involvement in production areas
* Attend and participate in factory meetings as required
* Any other adhoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Good understanding of Microsoft, word, excel, PowerPoint.
* Good organisational skills

Working Monday to Friday
