Overview

Our client is looking for a Part/Time, Admin/Bookkeeper working 2 days a week Tuesday & Wednesday – 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (can over some flexibility).
The primary purpose of the role is to provide accounts support and general admin. support.
MAIN DUTIES
* Maintain accounts records on our Xero accounts package
* Work with colleagues to gather information and generate client invoices
* Manage phone calls, general enquiries and clients requests
* Deal with incoming emails, and general correspondence
* Provide general administrative support to the business
Applicants should have:-
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT skills inc. Word/Excel
* Purchase Ledger experience
* Ability to prioritise tasks
