My client is currently expanding their Training Division due to a major investment and looking for an enthusiastic Health and Safety Trainer.

You will be passionate about delivering high quality training programs to a diverse range of clients, be engaging and well organised.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Health and Safety (construction and manufacturing desirable) and a proven track record of delivering NEBOSH and other health and safety training.

Salary: up to £55000 per annum (DOE) + benefits

Location: Castleford (with occasional travel to customer locations and possibility to WFH while developing courses)

Day-to-day:

* Deliver a variety of Health and Safety and CITB courses, including NEBOSH, IOSH and bespoke client-specific programs, both on-site and in office.

* Develop engaging training materials and resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of training content.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods, incorporating feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

* Travel to on-site locations as required, delivering exceptional training experiences and representing the company professionally at all times.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and procedures during training delivery, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all participants.
