Overview
Are you experienced in customer service? A brand within the luxury shopping destination of Bicester Village is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. Working to maximise sales, this will be a fantastic role for a dedicated individual.
You will be working 5 out of 7 days, a total of 40 hours per week in a brand that focuses on providing fashion that looks and feels in touch with the customer.
Key Responsibility:
* Process customer purchases.
* Form and develop lasting relationships to generate sales.
* Deal effectively with customer queries.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service and shopping experience at all times.
* Be a brand ambassador, representing the boutique in a professional, presentable manner.
* Prioritise customers and build a long-lasting rapport.
* Opening / closing the store to company expectation, following training and requirements.
* Assist and maintain visual standards to a high level.

* Have a passion for learning about the brand its products.
* Confident, friendly personality, with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
* A natural gift for sales, inspiring enthusiasm for the product in others, in order to buy.
* Keeping up to date with current trends and developments within the industry.
* A passion and interest for fashion and current trends.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Work well within a team and individually.
Any additional language skills would be seen as beneficial within this position.
