Mon- Fri 12-9 with 1 hour lunch (40 hour week)
£28,000 – £30,000
Your new company
* An excellent Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with a leading reputation.
* Working on a fantastic contract based out of the office in Swindon
Your new role- Helpdesk BMS Administrator
* Working Monday – Friday (40hrs), office based on a full time, permanent basis.
* Sorting correspondence (emails, mail etc), data entry, updating trackers, mainly first point of contact for all email and telephone queries.
* Using the CAFM system, learning the BMS system to assist the BMS Engineer on the analyst side.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a customer facing or administration role, within FM, is highly desirable
* Customer focused experience is essential (polite telephone manner, email correspondence, etc)
* Basic knowledge of BMS
* IT Literate (Word, office, excel, etc)
* Excellent communication skills
* Commutable distance from Swindon
* Will need to pass a security clearance
