Administrator | Nottingham | Temporary 6 Months| £10.46 per hour
Cherry Professional are proud to be working with an established client in Nottingham who are looking to take on an Administrator as soon as possible for a 6 month contract. This role has the potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for assisting with the external sales and rental contracts of the department, ensuring everything is processed with speed and accuracy.
Key Duties:
Track and monitor sales packs received
Analyse costings prepared by the sales team
Raise and resolve queries directly with the sales team
Raising invoices and purchase orders
Set up, maintain and cancel rental contracts
Report writing and information gathering
Ad hoc administration dutiesIdeal candidate:
Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent administration and data entry skills

Salary £20, 400
Hours of work 37.5 Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9am – 5pm
Fully office based
