Temporary Accounts Assistant

Our manufacturing Client is recruiting a temporary accounts assistant to help them out during a period of holidays and sickness.

In your role as a temporary accounts assistant you will be updating accounts on Sage and Excel.

Duties include:

* Loading invoices onto Sage

* Processing Sales Invoices

* Data entry on Excel

* Checking supplier invoices

As a temporary accounts assistant you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and to start asap

You will need:

* Experience of both Sage and Excel

* A confident telephone manner

* Be reliable with great attention to detail

* Excellent communications skills
