They have recently opened some temporary to permanent customer service roles, which will give you the opportunity to work with their exciting and friendly team. This no.1 boutique brand is looking for upbeat members to add to their delightful bunch enthusiastic and engaging employees.

What they expect from you?

* Talking to their customers via inbound calls.

* Responding to all forms of social media contact.

* Chatting to many customers via Live Chat.

* Receiving calls from our lovely store teams who may need help.

* Processing returned goods for exchange or refund.

* Assisting our Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Team Leader with specific customer service projects where required.

* Be a brand ambassador, ensuring that our values and ethos are never compromised

* Be honest and respectful

* Happy and positive outlook

* Work collaboratively

* Talk confidently and actively listen

* Take Responsibility of all aspects of the role

They want you!

* You have a desire to support, empathise and understand the unique circumstances many of our customers can be in when pregnant or just after having a baby

* The ability to solve problems in a calm and respectful manner

* Excellent customer service skills and enjoy speaking to a variety of wonderful customers

* Be super competent in using Computer systems and have a good understanding of social media

* Used to data entry and updated information
