We are delighted to support our Client in recruitment for an amazing Internal Sales Advisor role. This new position has arisen due to the market growth.
You will be joining a lively and positive sales team in a Sales office in Walton Summit. Your role will be to provide support to the existing client base and deal with new customer sales enquiries.
Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 pa
Location: Walton Summit, Preston
Start: ASAP
Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
Days & Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Friday

Responsibilities:
Taking inbound and making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
General customer enquiries and handling of customer service issues
Vetting and processing new sales leads & quotations
Data entry in Sage and Salesforce
Organising Marketing material, including samples for customers
Use of Office programs; Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Provide administrative support for the operations teamRequirements:
Previous experience in a sales role (required)
Experience with Microsoft packages (required)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce / CRM systems or similar
