Overview
We have an amazing opportunity for an Administration Assistant with a large, award winning organisation on a rolling long term temporary contract. This is a full time hybrid role working 8am – 4pm, Monday and Friday at the Horsham office and Tuesday to Thursday working at home (once fully trained).
This role will suit a detail orientated Administrator who has confident communication skills and accurate data entry and database experience. Duties will include:
Liaising with internal engineers, Managers and contractors, as well as third-party external parties via phone and emails
Requesting work permits through the internal system
Monitoring the process until completion of works and issuing required paperwork
Supplying MI to Team Managers on a daily basis
Arranging for letters to be sent to customers advising them of future works
Ensuring all work is completed within set timescales and in accordance to relevant legislations
Daily maintenance and upkeep of internal records and databasesTo be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and possess a keen eye for detail. This role is working in a process driven environment where errors can result in the company being fined, so it is imperative that the work is done to the highest standards.
