Role: Payroll Assistant

Organization: NES Fircroft

Location: Eastern Region, KSA

We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll Assistant to be part of our well-established team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities include:

End to end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly and/or Monthly).
Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Thorough & Vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistake
Zero or no Tolerance error in payroll & payment
Processing Payments in Bank Website
Arranging & Supporting Back up for Invoices to be delivered for Client
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
Payroll administration & Payroll related Transfers.
Assisting Payroll Supervisor with month end consolidation.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Assisting the Payroll Supervisor for Various Reports as & when needed 

Competencies Required:

Demonstrated payroll processing experience.
Attention to detail.
Numerical ability and data entry skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
Focus on process improvements and efficiencies, including improved use of IT systems.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in Payroll & Accounting Department.
Must have thorough knowledge in payroll accounting.
Prior experience in payroll processing will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge of MS Excel and experience in accounting packages
