Customer Service Advisor – Great Yarmouth – Immediate Start
Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive 'one stop' service for customers reporting general property related issues, then scheduling resources to ensure that customers are provided with a timely response.
Duties will include:
* Offering excellent customer service to all customer taking inbound customer calls
* Data entry – updating and maintaining records on system
* Scheduling of work
To be considered for this role you must;
* Have an excellent level of customer service
* Be an efficient and confident communicator
* Be IT Literate and hard-working
* Ideally have experience within call based customer service
HOURS: Part Time 3 days per week 9am to 5pm
DURATION: Temporary to Permanent
LOCATION: Great Yarmouth
PAY RATE: £9.50 per hour in the first 12 weeks
