Overview
Working alongside a charitable organisation's senior management team, you will provide a full range of finance, administrative and data entry support, including managing petty cash accounts and expenses, small amount of credit control, processing invoices and matching purchase order information, assisting with scheduled payment runs and bank reconciliation. You will assist the Finance Manager with year end procedures, and support the finance team with payroll processes, as well as maintaining records in line with data processing and protection policies. You will also assist with administration, answering queries regarding finance and accounting software if needed.
As you gain further experience, you will be given opportunity to produce projections around income, cashflow and costs, produce management accounts and contribute any potential solutions to improve efficiency. This is a fantastic role for any finance graduate looking for a chance to start and develop their career.
Ideally, you will be motivated, an excellent team player with strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. You will have studied a degree relating to finance / accounts. The company are happy to provide study support, and will cover your ACCA studies
