Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Lincoln.
Our client is a well establish packaging supplier in the UK.
Key details:
Quality Checking of all received customer Purchase orders.
Generation of Sales order from customer P/o onto the inhouse database.
Order Processing, Carried out upon Production supply and Transport delivery dating.
Generating Works orders that coincide with a customer sales order.
Undertake general office work to maintain efficiency of the office in the absence of colleagues.
Develop thorough knowledge of product and industries in which Krystal's operate.
Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably by the company.
Processing of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to ensure on time deliveryMonitoring and replenishment of stocked lines.
Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries that may arise.Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.57 per hour, £22,000 once permanent per annum
Working pattern:
Monday – Friday
Average of 40hrs per week
08.30am – 17.00pmExperience & Skills:
Previous experience as a Sales Order Administrator Experience in working within the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong level of Data Entry Skills.
Strong levels of initiative.
Good Organisational skills.
Strong IT and numerical skills with strong Communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
