Due to continued expansion, we currently have a vacancy within our Technical and Engineering sector for a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator.

As a Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator you will possess the following key skills:

–          Professional, confident, enthusiastic telephone manner

–          Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

–          High level of written and spoken English

–          Competent in forming successful relationships and building rapport with people

–          Motivated, tenacious with an eye for detail

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator will involve the following job tasks:

–          Using varying digital platforms to source appropriate candidates

–          Data entry to record all information

–          Telephoning prospective candidates

–          Compiling and uploading job adverts
