**Requirements:**
1. Previous experience in a support or caregiving role is preferred.
2. Compassionate and empathetic nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Basic understanding of care plans and willingness to learn and adapt.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum high school diploma; relevant certifications in caregiving are a plus.
