* 80% focus: Licence to Alter – managing LTAs from start to finish with precision
* 20% focus: Development/project monitoring, fit-out monitoring, landlord representation, PPM surveys, and party wall matters
* Collaborate with prestigious clients on high-profile projects
📌 What You’ll Need
* MRICS (or near completion)
* Proven experience in Licence to Alter
* Attention to detail in reviewing drawings and leases
* Strong communication and diplomacy with high-level stakeholders
