Quantity Surveyor – High End Resi Developer, Surrey Based Permanent Reigate, Surrey

Overview

Quantity Surveyor to join a luxury residential developer working on a variety of high end residential new builds in the Surrey area.

Initially you'll be working on two projects, both new build developments, one of 4 houses, one of 8 houses, construction values of £5m and £3m respectively.

* Typical projects land in the £1-5m construction value, with GDV of £5-15m.

* Anything from a one off house to a development of 4-12 luxury homes.

* Working out of the office in Reigate, visiting site when required.

Previous experience working for a small to medium sized high end residential developer is beneficial.

Salary in the region of £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.
