Office Assistant
Are you an Office Assistant, looking for full time work within a successful and established company? Working alongside like-minded people, you will have the opportunity to expand and grow your skillset in a challenging environment.
Shift Schedule: Monday- Friday, 0800/(Apply online only)
Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Receive and transfer telephone calls or take messages
* Sort through deliveries, and deliver incoming mail
* Send outgoing mail
* Schedule appointments and receive customers/visitors
* Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public
* Type, format, or edit routine reports
* File, copy, and update electronic and paper documents
* Prepare/process bills and various other office documents
* Perform data entry and collect information
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in Admin.
* Proven problem solving skills.
* Proven ability to multi task.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Good communication across all media
* Ability to remain calm and professional
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSE grade A – C or equivalent
* Intermediate Excel and Word
