A popular charity in Carlisle is now looking for someone to support their office with some administration and basic finance duties.
This role is ideal for anyone looking for part-time hours, working alongside a small friendly team in a very rewarding job.
Situated in Carlisle, a pleasant office environment with access to local amenities by foot.

The role
Reconciling invoices and accounts
Purchase Ledger
Data entry
Secretarial tasks
Photocopying and scanning
Attending and communicating meeting minutes with colleagues accordingly

The ideal person
Good knowledge using a computer and Microsoft packages
Previous experience completing basic finance duties, including using software such as SAGE/ QuickBooks or similar programmes
Good communication skills and telephone manner

Salary and hours
22 hours per week, across 3 days, Monday-Friday. (Flexible with the choice of days)
8:30am/9am  – 4:30am/5pm (Flexible)
£10.98 per hour.
This role is temporary, however support for a minimum of 10 months ideally.
