Are you an HR Specialist with CIPD Level 3 or above looking for your next step in HR? We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Officer to join this well established and growing food processing company based in Bilston.

As HR Officer you will report into the Senior HR Manager, with responsibility for supervising an HR Administrator and Data Entry Administrator ensuring they are engaged, motivated and provide them with regular performance evaluation having set goals and deadlines. You will organise workflow and monitor team productivity.

In addition, you will be supporting up to 900 employees across 3 local sites, ensuring all HR policies, procedures and handbook is updated and adhered to. You will process all documentation and correspondence relating to employee life cycle matters, providing information to other departments regarding maternity/ paternity leave, holidays, new starters and pay rate change details.

You will assist with the onboarding process including interviewing, new starter set up, right to work checks and inductions, attending disciplinary, performance, grievance and investigation meetings as note taker and conduct exit interviews to ascertain root cause of staff turnover.

We are keen to hear from applicants with at least 2 years HR administration experience with some supervisory skills within an HR environment, CIPD Level 3 as a minimum and excellent MS Office skills especially Excel to produce graphs and analyse data,  as well HR systems to monitor absenteeism
