If so, our rapidly expanding client, within the technology sector is keen to hear from you!

This varied Customer Success Executive role will be paying a basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000 plus benefits, working remotely, with a visit into their office in Ely, near Cambridge, one day per week.

You will be living within 30-45 minutes of Ely/ Cambridge and ideally will be a car driver, however our client is also based within 5 minutes walk of a train station.

The role:

After a thorough and well-planned induction and training period you will be dealing with your own external clients once they are on-boarded.

This will involve:

Managing the setup of dashboards and profiles for each new client you on-board
Training external client sales teams on the use of the system – via Teams
Providing any product support as needed
Managing reviews and renewals
Creation of invoices (Xero), quotations and general administrationThe Person:

My client is open about your background, but Customer Service experience is essential, as well as strong IT skills and solid experience of using Outlook, Teams and Excel. You will be working from templates so there is no need to create spreadsheets or dashboards.

You could be someone with existing customer service experience or could come from a 1st line IT support background but do not want to a fully IT focused role.

You will be a great communicator and will thrive on supporting clients and customers
Strong IT skills – very comfortable with Outlook, Teams, CRM's and Excel
1-2 years customer service experience dealing with businesses ideally
Genuine interest in technology and keen to learn and develop
IT related Degree or qualifications desirable but NOT essential
Ability to multi-task and to work independently from home
