Work from home fully remote and telephone experience isn’t essential. Career progression is also available.

* Handling customer enquiries and complaints through various channels like phone, email or webchat.

* Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.

* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£26,200 plus bonus and benefits. This is a work from home role
