Prime Appointments are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company based in Witham who require a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a temporary position paying £9.50 per hour, working a 9-5pm Monday – Friday

Main duties for this Customer Service Advisor will include but are not limited to:

Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries
Providing product advice and support to retailers, colleagues, potential and existing customers
Liaising with select group or warranty centres and coordinating the logistics of warranty claims with online booking of couriers
Data entry Key Skills & Attributes needed to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:

Experience of working in a busy customer service environment
Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Work and Excel)
Attention to detail in relation to office administration, for example updating spreadsheets with clear and accurate information
GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language in grade C/4 or abovePlease note you will need to be able to drive due to the location of this position.
